استراتژي سازمان در قالب خط مشي كيفيت ، برنامه تجاري و بر مبناي آن تعيين اهداف سالانه فرآيندها ، در سازمان جاري شده و ارزيابي عملكرد و ميزان دستيابي به آن با پايش مستمر اهداف فرآيند ها و تجزيه و تحليل شاخصهاي كليدي سازمان انجام مي پذيرد .
